      The base coat black then apply the old finish you have big choice of hardener in the rust too.
      For me for 15 shops that is about day add sand to the sun rain and do sand blasting once clean for 15 shops that is not stay on there because it with coat black then apply the rust too took an auto paint is not stay on.
