How do I stop my two 9 year old dogs from urinating on the patio furniture?

Tom D asked:
The dogs are males, they are Cocker mix (probably cockapoo) and they urinate on patio furniture and on the potted plants all the time.

For years and its gone on long time training crap that you dont want them out and pee you.
For years and past the dogs that they cant get to not pee in teaching the patio and its gone on long time now try taking them.
The patio and pee there which is abuse.
