« What can I use a large wicker basket for? | Main | Other than the usual fake plants, decorative plates and wicker basket fluff, what are some (cont.)? »
I bought a used handmade wicker basket, signed and dated on the bottom. How can I find out about the artist?

Sue from Maple Grove asked:
It’s a terrific basket, with one handle that opens to a teardrop shape on each side, attached in two places on each side, so it moves. Very clever! It is signed “C. Ryks ‘89″.

Thanks in advance to all of you.

You can look him up online. Go back to the place you bought it and ask where they got it, then ask that place where they got it, etc.
