Moving - should we bring patio furniture to Eureka, CA?

By admin | March 11, 2008

rascals2 asked:

My family and I are due to transfer to Eureka this summer from NC. I understand the weather is typically cool and often rainy. Should we bring our patio furniture with us (would we get any use out of it) or leave it for the person renting our house?

It really depends on the quality and cost of the furniture. Since it’s a transfer, one would assume the company is picking up the tab - so if there is a patio at the new place or a sun porch, take it along. If nothings else, it will fill a gap until you can replace it. If you leave if for the rental, it may be questionable as to whether it will be cared for.
