Question on patio furniture?

I have been shopping around for good patio furnitures and have seen some floor models in stores.

I live in Ohio where there are several seasons.

What I would like to know is how durable are these patio furnitures. Will it last long to just leave it outside all year long in Snow, Sun etc., Do their color fade out because of sun etc.,

If there is any one who could recommend some good but reasonably priced brands, I would appreciate it
